High growth for Parallon during first half of 2008


Parallon has experienced high growth during the first six months of 2008, with 13 projects completed or in progress during that period, and a strong pipeline for the remaining of 2008. Spread of broadband an d on-line services along with strong competition in the Banking and Telecom sect ors have pushed the demand for IT management solutions, in order to improve the quality of IT services and efficiencies of large organizations across South/East Europe and the Middle East. The Arab National Bank in Saudi Arabia has witness tremendous improvement in the availability and quality of its on-line stock tra ding with the HP Software management solution deployed in 2007 by Parallon. The Arab National Bank is expanding the service management platform to the rest of the bank\222s services in 2008 while another project in the retail banking secto r is in progress at the Alpha Bank in Greece and the management of the branch ba nking at Piraeus Bank in Athens will start in July of this year.

Also, Hewlett-Packard renewed the Resource Alliance Partner contract with Pa rallon to cover Central/East Europe, Middle East and Africa.   • A project is in progress at Alpha Bank in partnership with HP Hellas to monitor the IT Infrastructure that will cover 200 servers, networks, application s and databases.
