High Growth for Parallon in the Middle East

The upgrade of the Openview platform at Etisalat, one of the mo st complex ITSM setups in EMEA, systems/networks/service management at the Emira tes National Oil Company and service desk at Dubai World. Also, added change and release management for service desk at National Commercial Bank in Jeddah and c urrently implementing management of the on-line stock trading system (Tadawul) a t the Arab National Bank in Riyadh.
