Parallon to offer remote support for Openview products via Webex


Parallon Systems will start offering remote support services for HP Openview products to it's customers via WEBEX services (parallon.webex.com) . For a number of Parallon customers, Openview became a critical platform that manages the IT Infrastructure and Services and having the ability to obtain remote support increases the availability of the application and also get quick modifications.
"Parallon will start offering remote support services to it's customers within the second quarter of 2006 and the Webex service will help us enhance our productivity in support and demos of Openview.", said George Petrides, Managing Director of Parallon.
The Webex platform will be used on a pilot basis during Spring of 2006 and will go full production by next June.
